Catrice Metallure

I’ve some budget friendly lovliness today, this time from Catrice which I genuinely think are one of the most successful genuine budget brands that still manage to deliver really good quality products. Metallure is a gorgeous new collection that looks appealing and surprise surprise, is pretty darn great. I was...

NYX Love in Florence – Eat, Love, Be Fab

A very Autumnal sparkly palette from NYX today in the shape of Eat, Love, Be Fab from the Love in Florence collection. This is genuinely the first NYX palette I’ve tried so I intrigued to try this out as my eyeshadow collection tend to run a little pricey. There’s certain...

NARS Audacious Lipstick in Natalie

Lipsticks lovers beware, you may feel the overwhelming need to try this collection and unhinge your bank balance! But it’s worth it, trust me! NARS tend to bowl me over quite frequently with their collections and even though I’m more of a gloss than a lippie girl, I couldn’t get...

aussie 3 minute miracle light

I’ve been an Aussie fan since I was a teenager and their 3 minute miracle conditioner has often made an appearance on the side of the bath in my house. So I did a little ‘oohh’ when I was sent the brand new 3 Minute Miracle Mousses that are basically a lighter mousse conditioner aimed at giving the same great results with a gentler touch. Now my hair is very fine and volume and I don’t seem to see eye to eye so I was thrilled to give these a whirl.

aussie 3 minute miracle deep treatment mousse

The packaging is Aussie all over and these have a mousse applicator on top. The first time I deployed the applicator, the initial burst of mousse went everywhere so be warned and go easy, but after that it was plain sailing, I’m clearly just an eejit! The mousse feels exactly like any traditional mousse and the good palm full I’ve been using has been really easy to rub into my hair in the shower. It disappears into the hair so it doesn’t feel like you’ve anything heavy and it rinses out just as easily.

So after a week of using one or the other of these every day, what do I think?

Well there isn’t much difference between the two except for the scent but I really enjoyed using both. They’re very easy to use, lightweight and soak in and rinse out with absolutely no hassle. I’ve been a bit lax with conditioning lately but after a week of solidly using these my hair definitely feels and looks softer so I’m nicely pleased. This isn’t as intensive as the regular 3 Minute Miracle Conditioner but this is great as an everyday conditioner that leaves your hair feeling soft but bouncy.

If you’re intrigued, the new range is available now from Boots or you can browse online here and pick one up for the princely sum of €6.89.

So are their any girls out there intrigued by this?

Gosh I haven’t used mousse in years! I did love Aussie at one point but then I found it started to disagree with my hair. Must give it another go because I did swear by their stuff at one stage!
