Every Naked palette has been huge the world over and with good reason, so there’s a distinct possibility that you may have already read 100 reviews about this palette, but hopefully the 101st will be the best!! This slimline palette moves away from the varied Naked 1 and 2 and goes back to basics with a variety of netural shadows to create easy daytime looks.
I love this type of palette because it requires very little fussing, every shade complements one another and it’s hard to look overdone or get it wrong basically! I adore my neutrals so this palette appeals to me hugely but may have some girls running for the hills. Having tried out the palette though, I genuinely think it’s a must have for any girl for day time, it’s just perfect for it’s purpose.
There are 6 shades in the palette, all matte except for Venus which is a shimmery silver colour perfect for highlighting. All the shades are silky soft and very light in colour but while remaining pigmented.
I’ve been using this pretty exclusively over the last week or so and I have to say, I really like it. It’s a very easy palette to have on hand for days when you want a very simple eye look and yet the darker brown and black shades create soft smokey looks that create more impact. I’m not huge on really dramatic eye makeup so this suits me down to the ground and the price is incredible for the quality of the shadows.
If you’re still considering buying this, you can pick it up from Debenhams Ireland or from their online site for a very reasonable €26.00
