I don’t have tons of money to throw around so when I do purchase goodies, I make sure they’re good ones! So here’s a little lowdown on the goodies I’ve purchased over the last month or so. I’m a devil for perfumes so it’s no surprise a few have snuck their way into my stash and unfortunately I’ve developed a thing for Nars now so that may leave me bankrupt! Here’s the lowdown -
I’ve been lusting after Dot by Marc Jacobs for many months so when I spied that the set had gone on sale for half price (down to €31) I knew it was a sign and into my basket it went!
This is my last belated Christmas present and I finished on a high with this beautiful Juicy Couture set. I absolutely love this subtle but fruity scent and think I’ll definitely be repurchasing this in the future!
My bunny is called Daisy and I always need extra makeup bags so this cutie from Pennys was a no brainer really and it’s a very decent size for €6.
Speaking of Pennys, I also picked up these two lovely little cushions which were only a few quid each and look very cute on each of our pillows in the bedroom. We’re not married yet but as good as so I couldn’t resist!
Even though Nars weren’t quite what I was expecting I’m pretty much only wearing their eyeshadows lately so when I spotted Brousse at the Nars counter in Brown Thomas, my One For All voucher was whipped out in a flash. I’ve a more in-depth review coming tomorrow. I’m in love with Topshop’s blusher in Flush which I reviewed here and can not live without Kevyn Aucoin’s Scuplting Powder which creates cheekbones out of thin air! Read the review here.
I can’t live without Quickies Nail Varnish Remover Pads which are a lifesaver from Boots. I also couldn’t resist MUA’s slightly silly Fur-Effect Nails Topcoat which I’ll be reviewing very soon!
I’m also obsessed with Urban Decay’s Perversion liner since I bought it a few week’s back and this handy Essence sharpener keeps it in tip top shape! See it’s blacker then black shade here!
Finally, my last bits and pieces picked up over the last week. A deoderant may seem a bit of a strange product to feature but this unassuming roll-on works wonders all day long so I had to include it. I also got myself a little No.7 eyecream with my latest Boots voucher and am loving it so far. Finally, I picked up an Inglot single shadow which they’re clearing out so was a very reasonable €6 – you can’t go wrong really!
