I’ve honed quite a nice eye palette obsession over the years, from my first splurges with Dior and Chanel (which were eye-wateringly expensive for a teenager) through to my latest loves for Urban Decay and Stila.
Yet, strangely enough, despite my obsession with eye palettes, I’ve yet to try one from Armani. Well I’m kicking myself hard in the shins because I’ve really been missing out. Soft as butter, beautifully sheer, and with a myriad of wonderful colours to choose from, these have the wow factor.
I tried out Pantelleria (€58.50), which houses an incredible mix of a soft gold shade, light sea blue (dispel any ugly thoughts of 80′s blue shadows immediately!), a shimmering taupe and a soft, really pigmented matte brown.
This palette gives great scope for a number of eye looks and all the colours are really wearable while offering some seriously grown up glamour. There is no denying these are very expensive palettes but if you’re looking for a luxury buy I can confirm at least that these will offer you everything you desire.
