The onslaught of European BB Creams on the market is enough to give some makeup addicts BB fatigue, but luckily I love trying out anything new (especially BB Creams) so I’ve taken to the task with gusto. Next in line after La Roche Posay’s BB offering is Bobbi Brown’s BB Cream, a product which has had whisperings of greatness so far in the blogging world.
So here’s the low down. First, Bobbi Brown are a bit more savvy when it comes to product shades. This BB Cream comes in 5 shades, a brilliant move. I was sent Extra Light which I was already giddy about as the light shade in the vast majority of BB Creams over here can be shockingly ill-judged . Another bonus is that it has a SPF35.

Now here’s where things get interesting. It goes on a little dry but the shade is pretty perfect on my skin despite it being warmer in tone than the Korean BB Creams swatched above. The problem is that it seems a little obvious on my skin, more like a foundation than a BB Cream. It looked clumpy around my pores and dry patches.
I really wanted to love this one, I was willing myself to, but alas, it just wouldn’t behave like I wanted it to. If your skin is a bit better behaved than my own you may find this to be a great product, but for now I’d totally opt for Bobbi Brown’s skin foundation instead which is just beautiful.

So what BB Cream are you loving at the moment? Let me know!
