Now no makeup product should be better than sex, but I’m all open to a mascara that’s better than the competition. Some bloggers absolutely adore this with their heart and soul so it’s been sitting on my wish list for a couple of years now gathering dust.  And so started the cycle that happens with me and a lot of really hyped products, I’d put this on the top of my ‘must buy list’ after reading a brilliant review, only to get cold feet when I came across another post saying this wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. My Makeup Picks for Dry Skin

best makeup for dry skinMy skin is a tricky customer when it comes to makeup. It’s dry and tight with big pores, it likes to get oily on the t-zone regardless of how hardy the base (making me think it’s actually just chronically dehydrated on top of everything else) and is basically just a pain in the bum, especially during the colder months. There are a few products I rely heavily upon when my skin is at its most parched, scratchy and all round annoying and I’m hoping today’s post will point you in the right direction if your skin is currently pulling the same act with you. I’m not talking about skincare today as that’s another minefield and very personal to your skin type but it’s safe to say we all know aiding dry skin starts and ends with a good skincare routine. In between though, makeup can play its part and that’s where I’m stepping in with my picks for the best makeup for dry skin.
