So I’ve found the next concealer you need to try. No seriously, I have. Oscar and I took a little journey into town a few weeks back where we ended up at a very festive Too Faced event in Debenhams. The department store has been cleverly adding a whole host of exciting brands (Makeup Forever, Kat Von D, The Balm etc.) to join their regular counters and it’s a great move, providing a huge array of products for us hungry makeup addicts to gorge on. So after a quick browse around their Christmas collection I was matched up to their new Born This Way concealer, Oscar did an impromptu dance for the girls running the event and then we went on our merry way, armed with some goodies, one of which I’m going to show you today.
Last week’s post showcased the decidedly mad beauty of the Urban Decay Alice Through the Looking Glass Lipsticks which all of you were wowed by although quite a few of you felt you’d never get the wear out of them.Well today I’m moving on to the equally crazy but seriously stunning Alice Through the Looking Glass Palette and I have a funny feeling a lot of you may want this in your stash something awful.
I do love me some Soap & Glory but I think we all tend to fawn over the skincare slightly more than the makeup. In fairness to S&G, their makeup line has some great gems but as nothing has a Sugar Crush scent yet, the skincare tends to win every time for me. Still, I was lucky enough to meet up with the lovely Katie from S&G for a chat over chips recently (Oscar ate all mine) and she filled me in on all the latest happenings with the brand, which includes these, a relaunch of the Sexy Mother Pucker Lipsticks, which now total 24 shades in three groups (reds, pink and nudes) and three finishes (satin, matte and high shine).
